Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects from beginning to end in Washington and Oregon.
Compensation: $85K-100K
Shift: Monday-Friday
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Ability to work collaboratively with all project team members
- Perform safety walk inspections
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, contracts
- Perform all aspects of bidding for projects
- Process design directives
Project Manager Requirements:
- 5 year's of commercial construction experience
- 2 year's of project management
- Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques
- Working knowledge and understanding of contracts, plans, and specifications
- Successfully navigate job- costs, schedules, and estimates
- People person; create and maintain client relations
- MS Office, MS Project
